The food here was on a whole nother level. I tried the steak pie and it was incredible but the gravy was a little short and they charged me for extra – not cool. The staff were super friendly though, made you feel like family and that big breakfast in the morning, don't get me started, was the best I've had in years.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but sometimes you pay for the experience that's worth it.

We spent a night in a lovely, clean room. The ensuite was fab and the shower? Amazing! Enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast, both freshly made. The beer garden is probably the best spot in summer, if only it had more seating. Definitely a cozy place to kick back with a drink.

I enjoyed cycling around and exploring the gardens in the area. The coffee shop offered a good selection for breakfast, and I appreciated the availability of free WiFi. The room I stayed in had a nice arrangement with a seating area and a kettle for tea, which I found convenient after a day outdoors.
